2) Attend a Good Enough to Grow workshop

Would you like to learn the basics of feeling 'Good Enough to Grow?'  Join our founder, Michael, at one of our workshops either face to face in London or online.  During our workshops you will learn the following:

  • Why we develop limiting thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

  • Why our mindset plays such an important role in changing our lives.

  • How Commitment, Courage, Curiosity and Compassion can lead to a growth mindset.

  • Why Reflection and Action and vital to creating healthy, sustainable habits.

  • Which tools and techniques can be used to establish healthy, sustainable habits.

3) Book an introductory coaching session with our founder

Are you really serious about developing a growth mindset for your study and your exams?  Are you ready to take meaningful action to tackle your unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours?  Perhaps you are avoiding certain aspects of your course out of fear of failure. Or maybe you can’t maintain the discipline to stick to your study plan.

To achieve immediate and significant improvement in your study and exam mindset, 1:1 coaching is likely to be the most effective solution.  Book an introductory coaching session with Michael and experience the following immediate benefits:

  • A confidential, non judgemental conversation to explore the nature of your study and / or exam mindset issues

  • An exploration of the Good Enough to Grow method, to establish the most relevant aspects to your situation

  • Empathy for your development needs and a feeling that you are not alone in dealing with them.

  • An initial outline of a development plan to build a growth mindset, including suggested tools and techniques, to explore in subsequent sessions (if desired).

1:1 coaching sessions can take place, at a variety of locations across Central London to suit your needs, or online via Skype.  The cost of an introductory 1:1 coaching session with Michael is £75 and will last for approx. 90 mins.
