Coaching

At Good Enough to Grow we recognise that your organisation invests time, money and resources into developing its people. For many employees, this investment is sufficient to enable them to flourish and add more and more value to your organisation. But there are occasions when additional, specialist support can make the difference between a future leader and lost potential.

1:1 coaching is an effective method for achieving growth and development for both under performing and high achieving employees. We specialise is working with individuals to help them identify unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are holding them back from achieving their full potential. We use a structured growth model to design the right mixture of tools, habits and practical experiences to empower the individual to grow. We focus on evidence based techniques with regular monitoring and measurement so that you and your employee are able to see the progress and results of our coaching model.
